Founders of Crossroad Ministries, a church established by the leading of the Holy Spirit to move into our Next. “Wait at the Crossroad for directions” was the word received. It’s at the Crossroad life changing decisions are made.

Pastor Alex

Pastor Alex has been in ministry for over 20 years. He has a calling on his life to develop a people to be strong in the Lord through teaching & preaching the word of God. To teach all men to have faith in the one true and living God.

Co-Pastor Michelle

Co-Pastor Michelle has been in ministry over 15 years. Michelle has a prophetic word in her mouth that changes lives and set the captives free. Michelle the worshiper, prayer warrior, intercessor and watchman on the wall forever praying without ceasing.

Pastor Alex

Pastor Alex a loving husband of 29 years, a father & a grandfather. His accomplished titles includes; Professor at Cleveland State University, Author, Artist, Registered Nurse, mentor/tutor, and a marriage counselor.

The calling by God on his life is to occupy the office of a watchmen, seer, and prophet in the revelatory gifting’s, and one who interprets dreams and visions.

Pastor Alex received the gift of the Holy Spirit in 1988 while attending Christ Temple Apostolic Church under the leadership of Bishop Stanley Halton. He served for several years as his adjutant. In 1995, God transitioned the family to Pentecostal Church of Christ where the call of ministry became more evident. Under the leadership of Pastor J. Delano Ellis, Pastor Alex was ordained an Elder. Pastor Alex simultaneously attended PCC’s Theological Seminary and Cleveland State University School of Nursing. In doing this he received both his Theology Degree and a Bachelors in Science of Nursing Degree. He furthered his education and received a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration.

In 2006 the family joined All Nations Deliverance Ministries under the watch of Pastor Gwendolyn McCurry. In 2010 Pastor Alex was ordained Associate Pastor. Out of his obedience and faithfulness in 2022 God promoted him to be a Shepard over his own ministry.

Co-pastor Michelle

Pastor Michelle is a mentor, a watchmen, a prophetic & forensic intercessor, a worshipping warrior, an encourager, and one who takes a stand for holiness. Michelle is known by her caring heart, her compassion in helping others, and by her consistent demonstration of holiness. She is also the force that stands between the enemy and her household. Continually staying vigilant and sensitive to the move and will of God.

Pastor Michelle operates in the principles of the Kingdom of God as well as in the principles of God’s divine order. Continually “Seeking first the Kingdom of God”.

A prophetic word was spoken over her life, “Miracle, Signs and Wonders shall follow you all the days of your life” and truly many miracles, signs & wonders has followed her. God has shown himself mightily in her life.

As we envisioned a people set apart on the Lord’s holy mountain, so is Crossroad Ministries Church set apart in worship. Ever going higher before the Lord and changing the very atmosphere, a people set a ablaze. Making the atmosphere conducive for ministry & deliverance. This ministry was ordained to blow the shofar by ministering the word of God, and to set captives free. Delivering the mind, the body & soul, and to present a people as a living sacrifice unto God.

Crossroad Ministries is a non-denominational, faith-based ministry commissioned to proclaim the word of God to all the earth. We are established to help a people follow in the steps of our Lord Jesus Christ and to be empowered by the Holy Spirt. Teaching that Jesus Christ, the son of God, have paid the price for our sins and to trust and hope in Him.

Our ministry continually builds on the foundation Jesus and his apostles have laid before us. Creating a house of prayer & worship. This is done by following the apostle’s doctrine.

Our commission is to teach all men to have faith in the one true and living God. To teach the people to walk in love and compassion. To teach the people to be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

The ministry was created to develop a people to be strong in the Lord. As stated in Ephesians 6:10-20, putting on the whole armor of God and walking in the five-fold ministry of apostleship, the prophetic, evangelist, pastors & teachers. As stated in Ephesians 4:11-13, for the perfecting of the saints and the edifying of the body of Christ.
